Our business operates Monday through Friday. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Estimated shipping times may be provided at checkout when available.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control. However, if your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
