All orders will be processed within 6-12 business days meaning we have up to 12 business days to make and package your order and then ship it to you. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number with the carrier information. You can track your order and will be given the estimate delivery time based on the carrier.

If you have any questions about your package feel free to contact the carrier and provide your tracking number so they can better assist you. 

Please make sure to double check your order before submitting it we do not accept changes or cancellations all items are made to order.

YOU OWE URSELF is no longer responsible for your package once you receive the email with the carrier. If any items are lost or stolen please reach out to the carrier responsible for your delivery.

** YOU OWE URSELF IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMERS UPON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

**If packages are declined or returned back to us you will be refunded your total order value minus the international shipping cost**

Business Days means Monday to Friday and excluded National Holidays.

Any items that are returned to YOU OWE URSELF because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate.
