Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business. Many of our products are made to order, which means they are created specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Order Processing
Because many items are made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on demand.

Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already started and cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.
