Cup Protection Policy

We offer protection for your purchased items if they are damaged during transit or at home within the first two weeks of delivery. Please note that shipping costs are not covered by the protection.

How to Add Protection:

- Add protection at checkout
- Purchase protection after ordering, as long as the item has not shipped
- Email us at youoweurselfcustomerservice@gmail.com to add protection before your item ships

How It Works:

- Each cup must be individually insured
- You must purchase protection for each cup you buy
- If an insured cup is damaged, we will replace it
- If you buy multiple cups but only insure one, only the insured cup will be replaced

If you don't add protection and your item is damaged, you will need to pay the full cost for a replacement.
